—The Bite of Big Apple #18 — The Japanese Restaurant

The other day, we had business dinner with clients at a Japanese restaurant, which is considered to be one of the authentic ones in NYC. The dinner was a prix fixe and everything was presented perfectly beautiful!

In traditional Japanese cuisine, visual presentation is as important as the taste of the food itself. Japanese say that you eat with your eyes first.
