Japanese companies are looking overseas more and more

According to Teikoku Databank’s survey report, 12.4% of Japanese companies in Western Japan expanded businesses in 2011, which significantly more than Japan’s overall average:9.8%.
It is expected to increase up to 16.1% in 2 to 3 years.

From the survey result, the key point to decide to go overseas was to secure high quality labor for less expense.

The number 1 reason of international expansion was because of the current Japanese economic condition.

The biggest obstacles is the difference of custom and culture, and law and regulations.
